Discount Two-Pay© Internet Service
The Discount Two-Pay© Service
allows you to offer the Customer a small incentive to use the internet site for payment. This internet payment option will provide for you a faster receipt of funds and will allow you to capture payment at a lower cost than any other method.
Pre-collection Hardship Program (e-Counselor©)
The Two most important benefits of the Pre-collection Hardship Program (e-Counselor©) are the ability of this module to provide a low cost and highly effective tool for low to mid balance delinquent accounts.
Pre-collection
Portion
: You provide a compassionate way to structure a payment stream that the customer/patient can afford where you continue to collect 100% of the balance due.
Hardship (e-Counselor©)
Portion
: If the customer/patient is clearly under financial stress that prevents reasonable payment, this module will virtually work with the budget, suggest improvements, and develop an affordable payment stream that will be less than the balance but far more (net funds back) than can be achieved via assignment of the accounts to a third party.
